Founded in 2015, Grover enables consumers and businesses across Europe to subscribe to tech devices and comprehensive technology solutions - from individual smartphones, laptops, and wearables to full corporate device setups. The company offers access to over 1,000 unique tech items on flexible and financially convenient terms. A pioneer of the circular economy, Grover refurbishes and recirculates devices to help eliminate e-waste.
We are looking for an enthusiastic German-speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the People team at Grover, full-time and minimum 3 days per week at our Berlin HQ.
You'll report directly to the Director of Human Resources, dotted-line to the Senior Talent Partner, supporting recruitment across a variety of business and tech roles. Our recruiting team may be small, but we're mighty - and flexible. The roles you'll work on will vary depending on business needs.
What you will contribute:
- Act as a key sparring partner to the Senior Talent Partner (dotted-line collaboration) to support best-in-class hiring outcomes.
- Own and lead the end-to-end recruitment process - from sourcing and interviewing to selection, offer management, and contract signing.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, including senior leaders, to understand hiring needs and define hiring strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for both critical tech and high-volume business roles, with a particular focus on the DACH region.
- Act as a Talent Brand Ambassador for Grover, nurturing candidate relationships and promoting an exceptional candidate experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams and stay on top of hiring priorities.
- Play an important role in supporting projects that aim to continuously optimize recruitment processes, tools, and strategies.
- Help grow and strengthen Grover's employer brand across Europe.
- Champion Grover's culture and values, representing them authentically both internally and externally.
What you bring:
- A completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus in Human Resources.
- 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in fast-paced startup or consumer brand environments; agency experience is a plus.
- Proven experience hiring across diverse role types, including technical positions (especially Software Engineering) and high-volume, German-speaking roles.
- A passion for direct sourcing: you love crafting creative sourcing strategies and consistently bringing in best-in-class talent.
- Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously, without compromising on candidate experience or hiring quality.
- A hands-on, proactive attitude: you follow up, dive into details, and make things happen.
- Flexibility and adaptability: you thrive in dynamic environments, embrace ambiguity, and pivot quickly as priorities shift.
- Data-driven decision-making, using insights to influence hiring decisions and shape broader talent strategy.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse (ATS) is an advantage.
- Fluent German (C1 min) and English skills (both are a must).
