Key job responsibilities
- Leitung Deines lokalen Teams und unternehmensweite Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams
- Verwendung interner Reporting-Tools zur Analyse von Datenberichten und Ursachen, um der Unternehmensführung die notwendigen Informationen für sicherheitsrelevante Entscheidungen zur Verfügung zu stellen
- Bereitstellung von Anleitungen und Organisation für Arbeitsschutzprojekte und -richtlinien
- Förderung von Programmen zur Verbesserung der Sicherheitskultur bei Amazon

A day in the life
In dieser sehr vielseitigen Rolle arbeitest Du an einem unserer Logistikstandorte und trägst direkt zu vielen Aspekten unserer Sicherheitskultur bei. Du verwaltest die Arbeitsschutzstandards und verbesserst die Funktionalität sowie Effizienz. Außerdem leitest Du Dein Team und hilfst bei der Umsetzung von Änderungen basierend auf Mitarbeiterfeedback und der Wahrnehmung von Möglichkeiten zur kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung.

Deine Rolle ist maßgeblich, um die Sicherheit und Zufriedenheit der Mitarbeitenden zu gewährleisten und ihr Wohlbefinden sowie ihre Produktivität zu beaufsichtigen. Du greifst ein und übernimmst die Verantwortung für den Arbeitsschutz, um eine Kultur zu fördern, bei der ein sicherer Betrieb im Mittelpunkt steht.

Basic Qualifications:
- Ausbildung mit Studienabschluss oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation entsprechend dem Europäischen Qualifikationsrahmen (EQF) und Zertifizierung als "Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit"
- Relevante Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Teams
- Relevante Erfahrung in der Einhaltung lokaler Arbeitsschutzgesetze
- Fortgeschrittene Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Preferred Qualifications:
- Erfahrung mit Lean-, 5S- und Kaizen-Methoden
- Qualifikationen oder Erfahrung im Bereich der Nachhaltigkeit
- Relevante Erfahrung in der Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern, einschließlich Kolleg:innen und Führungskräften
