  • Als Praktikant oder Werkstudent (all genders) in unserem SAP AI Team baust du gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Cloud- und AI Engineers echte intelligente Anwendungen – nicht nur Proofs, sondern Prototypen, die zu realen Kunden gehen
  • Nach einer intensiven Einarbeitung entwickelst Du AI-basierte Erweiterungen und Microservices – z. B. in , Python oder TypeScript
  • Du arbeitest mit modernen AI APIs (z. B. OpenAI Function Calling, RAG, Embeddings, Vector DBs, Agents, Tools)
  • Du unterstützt bei Architektur, Code, Testing und DevOps Automation (GitHub, CI/CD)
  • Du evaluierst neue Modelle und Frameworks, testest LLMs, promptest, benchmarkst und zeigst uns, was "State of the Art" im Moment wirklich kann
  • Du baust Conversational Interfaces, Automatisierungen und Data-PipelinesDu arbeitest in interdisziplinären Cloud-AI-Teams – remote oder onsite
Was Dich auszeichnet
  • Du studierst Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science, AI Engineering oder etwas Vergleichbares (Bachelor oder Master)
  • Du hast solide Programmierkenntnisse mit oder Python
  • Du hast erste Erfahrung mit AI Modellen – z. B. Prompting, LLM APIs, RAG, Embeddings, Agenten
  • Keine SAP Erfahrung erforderlich. Alles, was du an SAP Cloud brauchst, lernst du bei uns in der Praxis
  • Du liebst es, Dinge hands-on auszuprobieren, zu testen und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Du arbeitest selbstorganisiert, neugierig und sprachlich sicher in Deutsch und Englisch
