Your Mission
As Pricing Manager, you lead the local Pricing Team and ensure a strong, data-driven pricing service that supports business growth and customer success.
You act as a service center for vehicle pricing and a key partner to Seller Success and Sales, enabling informed decisions, consistent moderation, and efficient supply management.
Your leadership will ensure accurate pricing, market-aligned decisions, and a smooth collaboration between all stakeholders to strengthen both profitability and market health.
Your Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop the Pricing Team to ensure consistent, accurate, and efficient pricing decisions.
Define priorities, monitor KPIs, and align with business objectives.
Pricing Operations:
Oversee the creation and review of price calculations for local vehicles.
Provide data-driven feedback to Seller Success for seller moderation and pricing alignment.
Market Analysis:
Monitor supply and demand trends, vehicle price movements, and auction results.
Identify risks and opportunities to adjust local pricing strategies proactively.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with Seller Success and Sales to ensure all pricing requests are processed and aligned with commercial goals.
Translate market insights into clear recommendations for business stakeholders.
Customer Development:
Develop pricing customers by ensuring strong service, continuous collaboration, and mutual growth.
Profitability & KPI Management:
Ensure pricing contributes to company profitability and growth.
- Track and report on key metrics including Profitability, Pricing Accuracy, and Acceptance Rate to drive ongoing improvement.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in automotive pricing or remarketing, ideally in a B2B environment
- Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of the used car market
- Leadership experience with the ability to guide and motivate a small team
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions
- High level of ownership, structure, and hands-on mentality
- Proficiency in English; German or another European language is a plus
