YOUR TASKS

• You keep the site-related costs in check, make sure they stay within the project budget, and find ways to improve efficiency — for example, by optimizing resource use or managing suppliers effectively
• You ensure that all site activities meet contractual requirements and uphold quality standards
• You lead and support Site Managers across multiple wind farm locations, helping them stay aligned and perform at their best
• You work closely with the teams to develop detailed construction schedules, plan resources, and track key milestones
• You make sure each site has the right people, equipment, and materials to meet its goals
• You monitor progress on-site, track KPIs, and regularly report to the Head of Construction
• You identify and resolve construction challenges early — whether it's delays, safety concerns, or unexpected issues
• You act as the link between Site Management and departments like Engineering, Procurement, HSE, and Logistics
• You support the growth of your team by recognizing development needs and encouraging continuous learning among Site Managers

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil), Renewable Energy, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Alternatively, you bring technical qualifications combined with substantial hands-on experience in construction environments
• You speak fluent English (C1); German language skills are a plus
• You have at least 5 years of experience in wind energy or large-scale renewable construction projects — including 2+ years in a leadership role
• You've successfully led teams across multiple construction sites and understand the dynamics of complex project environments
• You're organized, detail-oriented, and communicate clearly — both on-site and with internal stakeholder
• You take ownership, solve problems proactively, and enjoy working collaboratively
