Deine Position

Als Operations Lead übernimmst du die Verantwortung dafür, dass dein Standort wirtschaftlich stark, effizient und zukunftsorientiert arbeitet. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit den regionalen Führungskräften und dem zentralen Management zusammen – und wirst zur zentralen Schnittstelle zwischen operativem Tagesgeschäft und strategischer Weiterentwicklung.

  • Du steuerst und entwickelst die operativen Prozesse am Standort – von der Auftragsabwicklung über die Montage bis zum Controlling

  • Du trägst die Umsatzverantwortung und analysierst die Montageeffizienz und Projektprofitabilität und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen zur Ergebnisverbesserung ab

  • Du begleitest strategische Sonderprojekte und arbeitest an Prozessverbesserungen, die den Standort skalierbarer und profitabler machen

  • Du hältst die wichtigsten KPIs im Blick, erkennst Optimierungspotenziale frühzeitig und setzt Verbesserungen pragmatisch um

  • Du bist Sparringspartner*in für das Standortteam und sorgst für eine reibungslose Kommunikation zwischen allen Abteilungen

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein wirtschaftliches/ technisches Studium abgeschlossen oder einen Meistertitel in einem handwerklichen Beruf bzw. mehrjährige Erfahrung als Führungskraft im Handwerk 

  • Du bringst 2–5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Operations, Beratung, Finance oder Unternehmensentwicklung mit – idealerweise im Umfeld von Energie, Bau oder Technik

  • Du denkst analytisch, handelst unternehmerisch und möchtest Verantwortung übernehmen

  • Du bist zahlenaffin, liebst es, Prozesse zu verstehen und zu verbessern, dabei verlierst du nie den Blick fürs große Ganze

  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, übernimmst Initiative und kommunizierst klar und lösungsorientiert

  • Du möchtest in einem Umfeld arbeiten, das dich fordert, fördert und dir echte Entwicklungsperspektiven bietet
