Aufgabe

  • Überprüfen von Chargenprotokollen auf korrekte GMP-Dokumentation und Vollständigkeit sowie Einhaltung der technischen Prozessparameter im Abgleich zu Produktions- und Fertigungsvorschriften sowie Checklisten und SOPs. Plausibilitätsprüfung von Kommentierungen im Chargenprotokoll.
  • Recherche aller chargenbezogenen Abweichungen in TrackWise/SAP und Prüfen der Auflistung im Chargenprotokoll;
  • Koordination der Weitergabe der Chargendokumentation an das Batch-Release-Management inklusive Registrieren in einem elektronischen Verfolgungssystem
  • Stichprobenhafte Überprüfung von Chargenprotokollen für jedes Nicht-US-Produkt samt Erstellung des Abschlussberichts
  • Vorbereiten von Inspektionen und Kundenaudits (z.B. Zusammenstellen von Listen)
  • Durchführung des definierten Effektivitätschecks von Aktionen (CAPA) aus Abweichungen von Produktionsprozessen. Bei Feststellung nicht-effektiver Aktionen (CAPA) Information des QA-Managers
  • Erstellung von Abweichungsabfragen aufgrund von Reklamationsmeldungen (PTR) und Bewertung auf Zusammenhang (auch in englischer Sprache)
  • Überprüfung auf korrekte Durchführung und Dokumentation von Media-Abfüllungen gemäß SOP-Vorgabe, bei Auffälligkeiten Meldung an den QA-Manager

Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen

  • i.d.R. abgeschlossene 3,5-jährige Ausbildung, z.B. zum Pharmakanten
  • Kenntnisse in Datenbanken
  • Erweiterte Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
  • 1-3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
