Zur Betreuung unseres Kunden eBay suchen wir ab sofort einen Project Manager Communications (m/w/d) in Festanstellung, Vollzeit, an unserem Standort in Berlin-Dreilinden. Die Rolle ist hybrid angelegt und umfasst drei Präsenztage pro Woche im Berliner Büro.



Deine Herausforderungen
  • Planung und Steuerung von EU-weiten Kommunikationsprojekten und Kampagnen zu neuen regulatorischen Themen – von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung.
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Projektplänen für Kommunikationsinitiativen im Kontext neuer EU-Regulierungen.
  • Erstellung, Adaption und Lokalisierung von Content in Deutsch und Englisch – im Einklang mit Markenrichtlinien und regulatorischen Vorgaben über alle Kanäle hinweg.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit cross-funktionalen Teams (Regulatory, Marketing, Communications, Program Management), um einheitliche Botschaften für europäische Märkte zu entwickeln.
  • Übersetzung komplexer Themen in verständliche, nutzerorientierte Kommunikation, die Verkäufer:innen bei neuen EU-Vorgaben unterstützt.
  • Einsatz von KI-Tools und effizienten Workflows, um Content-Erstellung, Übersetzung und Abstimmungsprozesse zu optimieren.
  • Operative Unterstützung bei Kampagnen: Koordination von Freigaben, Pflege von Kommunikationsmaterialien und Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern.


Dein Hintergrund
  • 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung in Content-Erstellung (Deutsch und Englisch), Projektmanagement oder Unternehmenskommunikation.
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Kommunikation, Marketing, Wirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Erfahrung in der Aufbereitung komplexer regulatorischer oder technischer Themen für ein breites Publikum.
  • Gutes Verständnis des E-Commerce-Sektors und internationaler Märkte.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Proaktive, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an Zusammenarbeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld.
