About the role

Als (Junior) People & Culture Manager – Group (m/w/d) bist du die rechte Hand unserer People & Culture Lead für alles rund um unsere LANCH Group (HQ Functions). Du kombinierst People Operations und Talent Acquisition und sorgst dafür, dass der Employee Lifecycle unserer Group-Teams reibungslos läuft – von Recruiting über Onboarding bis Offboarding.
Wir suchen eine generalistische, sehr hands-on Person, die Spaß daran hat, sich schnell in neue Themen und Tools einzuarbeiten – auch wenn sie komplex sind. HR-Erfahrung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss, solange du strukturiert, lernstark und pragmatisch bist.
Du bist Teil des People & Culture Teams und arbeitest eng mit der People & Culture Lead und unseren QSR-People-Kolleg:innen zusammen.

People Operations:
  • Du unterstützt den operativen HR-Alltag wie On-/Offboarding, Vertragsprozesse, Dokumente, Stammdaten, uvm…
  • Du pflegst unser HRIS (Personio) und sorgst für saubere, aktuelle Daten.
  • Du bereitest die Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für Group in Abstimmung mit Finance/Payroll vor.
  • Du kümmerst dich darum, dass Onboardings und Offboardings strukturiert und "on brand" ablaufen (Checklisten, Zugänge, Equipment, Kommunikation).
  • Du unterstützt bei Benefits, Performance-Zyklen und People-Projekten (Guidelines, Prozesse, Vorlagen).
Office Management:
  • Du gestaltest unser modernes Office in Berlin-Mitte aktiv mit und sorgst für eine Atmosphäre, in der sich alle wohlfühlen.
  • Du koordinierst unsere täglichen Team Dinners und wöchentlichen Team Lunches.
  • Du kümmerst dich um Interior, Supplies und alles, was einen funktionalen und schönen Workspace ausmacht – mit eigenen Ideen und viel Hands-on.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:
  • Du begleitest das Recruiting für ausgewählte Group-Rollen – von der Ausschreibung bis zum unterschriebenen Vertrag.
  • Du arbeitest mit Hiring Managern zusammen, schärfst Profile und koordinierst den Prozess (Screenings, Interviews, Feedback).
  • Du hilfst beim Active Sourcing, beim Aufbau von Talentpools und bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Candidate Experience.
  • Du unterstützt bei Employer-Branding-Aktivitäten für Group (z. B. Events, Content für Jobanzeigen, Karriereseite).
People & Culture / Projekte:
  • Du arbeitest an People-Initiativen mit, die unsere Kultur stärken (z. B. Offsites, All-Hands, Temevents).
  • Du bringst eigene Ideen ein, wie wir Prozesse verbessern und LANCH als Arbeitgeber noch attraktiver machen können.


About you
  • Du hast einen generalistischen Background (z. B. Business, Social Sciences, Operations, Consulting, Projektmanagement o. Ä.) und möchtest im People-Bereich Verantwortung übernehmen.
  • HR-/People-Erfahrung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss – wichtiger ist, dass du:
    • dich sehr schnell in neue Themen und Tools einarbeitest
    • gern strukturiert Prozesse aufsetzt und optimierst
    • Lust auf Zahlen, Systeme und saubere Strukturen hast.
  • Workspaces wie Notion sind dein Holy Grail:
    • du liebst Projektmanagement und Kollaboration in Tools
    • du baust gerne klare Strukturen, Seiten und Templates
    • du hältst damit das Team und unsere Mitarbeitenden up to date.
  • Du arbeitest extrem hands-on, übernimmst Verantwortung und findest pragmatische Lösungen.
  • Du bist stark in Organisation und Priorisierung und behältst auch bei vielen Themen parallel den Überblick.
  • Du kommunizierst klar, wertschätzend und auf Augenhöhe – auf Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Du hast Lust auf ein schnelles, ambitioniertes Startup-Umfeld und darauf, gemeinsam mit dem People Team Strukturen aufzubauen.
