We are backed with € 3 million in equity, even though we haven't actively raised funding yet - yes, investors are chasing us.TasksThe roleAs a UI/UX Designer (Working Student), you'll define how companies experience modern tax advisory - simple and intuitive.Your work will define every touchpoint businesses have with Tribex and how our internal teams work with AI. You'll collaborate directly with engineering, product, GTM, and clients to turn complex processes into effortless and beautiful digital experiences.We're building a breakout company - and design is central to that. You'll own our product's look, feel, and usability from day one.What you'll ownDesign 0→1: Design the first versions of our product and work with us on all things that involve design - defining Tribex's visual identity, UX, and the foundation of what "great design" means at Tribex.Shape the client experience: Design how companies interact with their tax advisor day-to-day, ensuring simplicity and delight in every touchpoint.Drive end-to-end design: Work with clients, engineering, product and GTM to turn complex workflows into seamless, intuitive experiencesTest & refine: Run usability tests, gather insights, and refine designs based on real user feedback.RequirementsWhat you'll bringPortfolio that demonstrates your ability to design beautiful, intuitive web interfaces.Strong experience in Figma - this will be your main tool day-to-day.A sharp eye for aesthetics and usability; you care deeply about craft, clarity, and consistency.Bias for action: you move fast, maintain high standards, and deliver.Based in Munich and willing to work regularly from our office.(Nice to have) Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to collaborate seamlessly with frontend engineers.BenefitsWhat you'll get:Unique opportunity to define the visual identity and product experience of a company from day oneRapid growth path: Grow your career with the growing company and opportunity to join full-time and take leading role in designClose collaboration with experienced founders, who've built and scaled global companies beforeThe process (fast, meaningful, no homework)Fill in a short form then jump on an intro call with a founder or recruiterGet to know another founder, virtually or in person (up to you)
