Bei unserem Mandanten handelt es sich um wachstumsstarkes Pharmaunternehmen mit internationaler Mutter, das den Standort im Herzen Münchens seit 2019 stetig ausbaut. Um dieses Wachstum gerecht zu werden, sucht man in dieser Position zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Financial Controller (m/w/d). Es erwartet Sie eine zentrale Rolle mit Verantwortung für Analysen, Planung und Reporting. Sie bringen Erfahrung im Financial Controlling mit, schätzen den Blick hinter die Zahlen und möchten Prozesse aktiv mitgestalten.

Ihre Tätigkeit
Erstellung von Management-Reports, Soll-Ist-Vergleichen und Abweichungsanalysen für Geschäftsführung und Abteilungsleiter
Mitwirkung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen – Sie wissen, was im Abschluss passiert, ohne selbst zu buchen
Planung, Budgetierung und Forecasting inklusive Investitions- und Capex-Analysen
• Kosten- und Profitabilitätsanalysen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Sales und operativen Abteilungen
Schnittstellenfunktion zu Marketing, Vertrieb, HR und Geschäftsführung, Fokus auf finanzielle Fragestellungen
Aufbereitung von Finanzdaten für strategische Entscheidungen – Sie behalten das "Big Picture" im Blick

Ihre Qualifikation
Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Controlling und Verständnis der Finanzbuchhaltung
Analytisches Denken und Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich darzustellen
Erfahrung in Budgetplanung, Forecasting und Reporting
Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und Reporting-Tools
Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
