Rollenbeschreibung

Als Junior-Projektmanager:in im Bereich Energie- und Ladeinfrastruktur arbeiten Sie täglich an der Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Projekten in einem dynamischen und innovativen Umfeld. Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehört die Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams, die Steuerung der relevanten Projektphasen sowie die termingerechte Lieferung von Ergebnissen. Diese Vollzeitstelle verlangt Ihre Präsenz vor Ort und befindet sich in München oder Berlin, Deutschland.

Qualifikationen

Sie bringen ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an Ladeinfrastruktur, Elektromobilität und Energiethemen mit und möchten sich in diesem Umfeld fachlich weiterentwickeln. Idealerweise haben Sie erste Berührungspunkte mit Projektmanagement oder Expediting und sind in der Lage, Aufgaben zu strukturieren, Prioritäten zu setzen und Projekte aktiv zu unterstützen.

Sie übernehmen koordinierende Aufgaben innerhalb von Projekten, unterstützen bei der Abstimmung mit internen und externen Projektbeteiligten und helfen bei der Organisation von Abläufen sowie logistischen Themen. Dabei arbeiten Sie strukturiert, zuverlässig und kommunizieren klar mit verschiedenen Ansprechpartnern.

Ein technischer oder wirtschaftlicher Hintergrund – etwa durch ein Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – ist von Vorteil. Kenntnisse im Bereich erneuerbare Energien oder Ladeinfrastruktur sind wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung.
