About Working Student in Warehouse Logistics (part-time) (m/f/d)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Working Student to join our Logistics' Team. This role supports the smooth execution of logistics processes and inventory management to support our operational goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Active support in the daily logistics business and with administrative tasks.
  • Assist in coordinating and monitoring logistics operations, including shipping schedules and delivery timelines.
  • Support in creating and maintaining delivery and inventory documents.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Utilize logistics management software to track and report on inventory and shipment status.
Responsibilities:
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor/Master's program at a German university (Mandatory).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and/or English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Preferred, but not mandatory:

  • Studies related to logistics, supply chain, or a related field.

  • Experience with logistics management software or ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with inventory management practices.
