German Investment Equium Group GmbH is looking for a Restaurant Manager in Bergen, Germany

About Us

German Investment Equium Group GmbH is a dynamic company operating in Estonia, Belgium, Germany. In collaboration with Rikas Hotels, we are opening a new restaurant located in the same building as Hotel Zur Post by Rikas Hotels in Bergen, Germany. With strong experience in hospitality management and an international business network, we are committed to delivering high-quality service and exceptional guest experience.

To support the launch and successful operation of our restaurant, we are now searching for a Restaurant Manager – a motivated and responsible professional who is passionate about hospitality and capable of building a strong team from the very beginning.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bergen, Germany.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for:

  • Opening and overseeing the restaurant launch
  • Planning staff schedules and preparing working timetables
  • Managing daily operations of the restaurant and maintaining service standards
  • Communicating with suppliers and coordinating deliveries
  • Hiring and supervising the team members
  • Ensuring smooth workflow
  • Handling administrative and operational tasks related to the restaurant
  • Fulfilling other tasks related to the overall management and development of the restaurant and hotel

Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of English and German languages
  • Knowledge of Russian language is an advantage
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Reliability, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and in a team
