About The Role
Join us as an Intern Business Building and take on real responsibility from day one You'll drive growth for our seller and buyer partners, working closely with our founding team for a steep learning curve in all aspects of business building.
- Own growth projects end-to-end, from setting up our growth engine to data analysis
- Drive our expansion and collaborate directly with our B2B partners
- Gain hands-on experience with high autonomy and direct exposure to founders
- Shape an industry-disrupting product at an early-stage
About You
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field
- First experience in early-stage startups, retail/e-commerce, venture capital, or consulting
- Passion and drive to make a difference
- Love for business building
- Sharp thinking and strong execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Self-starter mentality and the ability to juggle many balls, prioritise, and execute

The smatch team has set out to change the course of the retail industry by finding smarter, more sustainable ways to deal with excess stock: Our private, asset-light B2B marketplace for stock connects retailers and brands who want to discreetly switch channels of commerce partners. smatch's DNA is a combination of tech, sustainability, and retail: we leverage real-time deep data insights with deep retail expertise to offer a new way to manage excess stock instead of destroying it.
Our founders have deep retail and growth experience, led a multi-billion dollar IPO and a successful startup exit. With previous careers at leading strategy consulting firms, our founders have a strong background in building and commercialising and are looking for you as the skilled colleague for outstanding operations.
