Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst und entwickelst ein kreatives Team aus Content- & Creative-Spezialist*innen
  • Mit deinem Gespür für Trends bewertest du neue Erzählweisen und Plattformen und erschließt deren Potenzial für unsere Kommunikation
  • Du treibst die Entwicklung innovativer Content-Formate mit kreativen Übersetzungen für Social Media, die interne Kommunikation sowie Kampagnen voran
  • Kreative Konsistenz und hohe Qualität über alle Touchpoints hinweg sicherzustellen, gehört zu deinem Anspruch
  • Inspirierende Ideation-Formate und Kreativ-Sessions werden von dir konzipiert und moderiert
  • Durch das Testen neuer Ansätze stärkst du dein Team und entwickelst unsere Content-Strategie weiter

Dein Profil

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Kommunikation, Medien, Design oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bildet die Grundlage deiner Expertise
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der kreativen Content-Entwicklung sowie erste Führungserfahrung zeichnen dich aus
  • Strategisches Denken, konzeptionelle Stärke und ein überzeugendes gestalterisches Umsetzungsvermögen gehören zu deinem Selbstverständnis
  • Führungsstärke zeigt sich bei dir durch Empathie, Klarheit und ein feines Gespür für kreative Prozesse
  • Trends erkennst du frühzeitig und weißt, wie wirkungsvolles Storytelling auf unterschiedlichen Plattformen funktioniert
  • Kreative Prozesse steuerst du sicher und arbeitest souverän mit internen Stakeholdern sowie externen Partner*innen zusammen
  • Andere zu inspirieren und Verantwortung für die Content Experience zu übernehmen, ist für dich selbstverständlich
