Deine Rolle

Als Technical Operator (w/m/d/x) in unserer Produktion übernimmst du die Verantwortung für ein Team und sorgst für einen reibungslosen, sicheren und effizienten Ablauf im Arbeitsalltag. Du gewährleistest die Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsvorgaben, koordinierst technische Abläufe, behältst den Zustand der Anlagen im Blick und achtest auf Ordnung, Sauberkeit sowie eine korrekte Entsorgung von Abfall und Leergut.

Dein Verantwortungsbereich
  • Führung und Koordination eines Produktionsteams im laufenden Betrieb.
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorgaben zur Vermeidung von Arbeitsunfällen.
  • Gewährleistung hoher Produktqualität und Effizienz durch vorausschauendes Handeln.
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung definierter Prozessschritte und Anwendungsvorgaben.
  • Kontrolle der Betriebsbereitschaft technischer Einrichtungen im Verantwortungsbereich.
  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit sowie einer reibungslosen Abfall- und Leergutentsorgung.
Dein Profil 
  • Du bringst Berufserfahrung im technischen Bereich mit.
  • Du arbeitest motiviert und gerne nach klar definierten Vorgaben.
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Pünktlichkeit und Engagement sind für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Du gehst sorgfältig mit Lebensmitteln um und hältst relevante Vorschriften ein.
  • Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
