As (Senior) Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking and a member of our growing international SAP SuccessFactors Consulting team, you will play a key role in helping our customers modernize and optimize their HR processes with a strong focus on Time Management

Your tasks

  • Implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking solutions and seamless integration into existing technology landscapes and HR processes
  • Conducting workshops for scoping, training, and release management, with a focus on best practices for time management processes
  • Leading transformation projects to digitalize and optimize time tracking and attendance management for our customers
  • Supporting customers in continuous system optimization, including incident resolution, change requests, and adapting to ongoing SAP SuccessFactors innovations

Your profile

You have several years of experience in HR technology as a Subject Matter Expert, consultant or stream lead, ideally with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM. The following skills and qualifications describe your profile:

  • Degree in computer science, business management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in the SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking module, including implementation and configuration
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, with focus on time management and workforce planning
  • Excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and a proactive, team-oriented approach
  • Structured, analytical, and independent way of working
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken), German (B2 level) is highly desirable
  • Willingness to travel to DACH as required
