Your key responsibilities include:

• You support our Banquet Manager in the day-to-day banquet and event operations.
• You serve as a pointof contact for all employees, colleagues, and our international guests regarding all matters related to event operations.
• You coordinate, oversee, and execute various events while ensuring smooth service delivery.
• You prepare events for our international guests in collaboration with our Event Sales Team.
• You manage events, meetings, and functions that often host hundreds of international guests.
• You handle and organize administrative tasks.
• You ensure compliance with all hygiene standards and guarantee seamlessservice processes.

Be able.

• You are eager to grow every day, learn new things, and be part of a close-knit and ambitious team.
• You remain calm and composed even in high-pressure situations.
• You have several years of experience in a similar position or have completed vocational training in the hospitality industry.
• Your strong communication skills set you apart, and you feel confident communicating in both German and English.
