Position: AI Prompt Evaluator

Location: Essen, Germany

Work model: On-site

Employment type: Contract

Remuneration: Base salary

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, write, and edit short-form prompts that are accurate, creative, and aligned with brand voice and style guidelines

  • Design logical and natural conversation flows to enhance user engagement

  • Contribute to the improvement of the AI speech system by crafting dialogues across a wide range of topics including sensitive or complex areas

  • Analyse written content to ensure factual accuracy and stylistic consistency

  • Generate fresh prompt ideas and evaluate AI responses for clarity, tone, and relevance

  • Ensure all content reflects the brand voice and resonates with the intended audience

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Japanese speaker (C1), with strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in English (minimum B2 level)

  • Excellent command of grammar, language structure, and style

  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling prompts and conversation scenarios

  • Strong analytical skills to assess user feedback and optimize conversational content

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision

  • High attention to detail with excellent communication and organizational abilities

  • Able to simplify complex ideas and communicate them clearly

  • Comfortable working with content that may be sensitive or challenging
