You are the first point of contact in our company when it comes to complex technical customer inquiries. In IT support, you will analyze, evaluate, and resolve inquiries and problems relating to our baramundi software solution and offer the appropriate solution. With around new customers joining us every year, our support team of 11 is looking for you: bright, communicative, and ready to serve our customers

What we appreciate about you:
  • Successfully completed vocational training in IT, application development, or system integration, or in another comparable field
  • Experience in technical support (ideally with our software)
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries on the phone
  • Very good network, Windows, and mobile skills (client and server operating systems), e.g., unattended installations and device enrollment
  • Good knowledge of security, certificates, and certificate-based communication
  • High level of initiative in familiarizing yourself with new topics
  • Strong service and customer orientation as well as high resilience
  • Very good German skills and good English skills
