der das Fundament für alles Menschliche in SteerOS legt – von Leadership über Talent bis hin zur Kultur.
Du entwickelst die People-Strategie eines Unternehmens, das KI und Finanzführung verbindet – und sorgst dafür, dass aus Technologie eine lernende Organisation entsteht.
Du arbeitest direkt mit den Gründern (CEO & CTO) zusammen und gestaltest,
wie SteerOS denkt, lernt und führt.
What You'll Do
- Entwickle die People- und Culture-Strategie von SteerOS – von den ersten Hires bis zur skalierbaren Organisation.
- Baue Employer Branding und Recruiting-Strukturen auf, die Top-Talente anziehen.
- Definiere Leadership-Standards, Feedback-Systeme und Lernarchitekturen.
- Entwickle eine Unternehmenskultur, die Exzellenz, Verantwortung und Neugier vereint.
- Gestalte das interne Kommunikations- und Onboarding-Framework.
- Arbeite eng mit dem Founding Team an Organisation, Motivation und Teamaufbau.
Who You Are
- Du hast einen
erstklassigen Hochschulabschluss (mind. Bachelor)
mit
sehr guten Leistungen
, idealerweise im Bereich
Psychologie, HR-Management, Behavioral Science, Kommunikation oder Wirtschaftspsychologie. - Du studierst aktuell im Master oder hast ihn abgeschlossen.
- Du kommst von einer
führenden Universität oder Business School
in Deutschland oder einer
renommierten internationalen Hochschule. - Wohnsitz in NRW ist Voraussetzung (wegen Förderfähigkeit durch Gründerstipendium NRW).
- Du hast ein tiefes Interesse an
Menschen, Organisationen, Verhalten und Leadership-Entwicklung. - Du willst kein HR verwalten, sondern
People-Architecture gestalten. - Du arbeitest eigenständig, reflektiert und mit klarer Haltung.
