0-8 Capital GmbH is a Munich-based acquisition platform executing a disciplined buy-and-build strategy across multiple SME sectors. We don't run pitch deck theater - We close deals. Our proprietary acquisition framework combines operating companies with high-yield assets to structure buy-outs across the DACH SME market — blending private-equity discipline with founder execution speed.

We are not fundraising.

We are expanding our Financing Circle
 — a private network of bankers, family offices, private-credit funds and structured-finance professionals who can actually deploy or underwrite capital into real, cash-flow-positive acquisitions. If you cannot sign off on a deal, write a ticket or bring capital to the table — this isn't for you.

The Partnership

As a 
Strategic Financing Partner
, you will work directly with the executive and financial team of 0-8 Capital to:


• Evaluate and structure upcoming SPV acquisitions.


• Provide or arrange senior, unitranche or mezzanine instruments.


• Participate in revenue- and cash-flow-based lending facilities.


• Collaborate on DSCR-driven underwriting and capital deployment models.
