Deine neuen Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellung des Betriebs in komplexen Systemumgebungen
  • Ticketbearbeitung unter Berücksichtigung von SLA´s
  • Support und Troubleshooting
  • Störungsbeseitigung im Rahmen des 1st und 2nd Level Supports
  • Sicherstellung der Kundenkommunikation (Telefonisch, per Mail, per Ticket) sowie regelmäßiges Statusupdate / Dokumentation im Ticketsystem
  • Remote Analyse und Lösung via Incident- und Changemanagement
  • Administration und Überwachung der Systemumgebung
  • Softwarepflege, Patch Management

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Informatik-Studium oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, z.B. zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, Systemelektroniker, Technischer Assistent für Informatik
  • Grundkenntnisse in den Bereichen Netzwerke, heterogene IT-Infrastrukturen, Server und Betriebssysteme
  • Erste Erfahrungen im IT-Support sowie im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen
  • Erste Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Routing & Switching sowie das Einrichten von Wireless LAN Verbindungen
  • Erste Kenntnisse der Hersteller Cisco, HP, Enterasys/Extreme sind wünschenswert
  • ITIL v4 Foundation Zertifizierung ist wünschenswert
  • Bereitschaft zu Wochenend-, Schichtarbeit und Rufbereitschaft
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse
