Was erwartet dich?
  • Du führst und entwickelst das Außendienstteam in der DACH-Region durch Coaching, Zielvereinbarungen und Performance Reviews
  • Du betreust eigenverantwortlich Key Accounts und baust strategische Kundenbeziehungen im Bereich Handel, Großhandel und Baumarkt auf und weiter
  • Du identifizierst Markt- und Wachstumspotenziale und setzt Vertriebsstrategien zur Erschließung neuer Kund:innen und Marktsegmente um
  • Du trägst die Umsatz- und Ergebnisverantwortung für die Region DACH, inklusive Forecasting und Budgetplanung
  • Du betreust aktiv Key Accounts, begleitest Projektgeschäfte im Objektbereich und analysierst den Markt sowie die Wettbewerber, um geeignete Maßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing und Produktmanagement abzuleiten
  • Du gestaltest Marketing- und POS-Maßnahmen mit, führst Schulungen und Präsentationen beim Kund:innen vor Ort durch und arbeitest eng mit dem Customer Service, Innendienst und internationalen Vertriebsteams zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
  • Du konntest bereits mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der (strategischen) Leitung eines Sales Teams oder als Head of Sales sammeln
  • Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch – in Wort und Schrift
  • Du hast eine ausgeprägte Erfolgsorientierung und den Willen zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung
  • Du bist teamfähig und trittst offen, unterstützend und kollegial auf
  • Du besitzt starke Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und kannst positive Beziehungen aufbauen und pflegen
  • Du hast gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Du bist bereit, innerhalb Europas zu reisen, insbesondere zur Teilnahme an Messen und Teammeetings
