As the HR Business Partner for our Functions in DACH, you act as a strategic people advisor for the Marketing, IT and Finance organizations. You drive the regional execution of our global People Strategy, support organizational transformation and partner closely with leaders to build a high-performing, inclusive and future-ready culture. You collaborate across local, regional and global HR teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as trusted advisor to Function Leads across the full employee life cycle.
  • Translate global HR initiatives into regional actions and develop local people solutions.
  • Lead and support Talent, Performance and Workforce planning processes, including succession and critical roles.
  • Partner with HR Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, L&D, Comp & Ben and global HR stakeholders.
  • Drive change and transformation projects in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • Ensure compliance and effective collaboration with employee representatives across DACH.

What You Bring

  • Several years of HRBP experience in an international corporate or matrix environment
  • Strong understanding of German labor law; knowledge of AT/CH frameworks is a plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, consulting and communication skills.
  • High level of agility, ownership, problem-solving mindset and ability to operate in a global matrix.
  • Fluent English; experience with Workday is an advantage.
