Your skillset - as strong as our protein

Education 

  • Completed training or studies in a relevant field, e.g. marketing or communication
Experience
  • Relevant professional experience in social media/online marketing for consumer goods or fitness/lifestyle products 
  • Proven success in developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies 
  • Experience in network maintenance and in building/coordinating online communities on various online platforms 
Professional knowledge
  • Profound knowledge in analyzing market and trend data as well as monitoring campaign performance 
  • Editorial experience as well as experience in creating reels and video editing via CapCut 
  • Knowledge of the most common social media platforms as well as in the area of paid social/meta ads/insights 
  • Very good user knowledge of MS Office

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
  • Structured, reliable and independent way of working
  • Openness to new situations and a confident manner
  • A high degree of flexibility and creative expression
  • Fluent German and English

Operational

  • Managing and developing our social media channels – from community management and content creation to interacting with our target group
  • Building and maintaining lasting relationships with our content creators – coordinating activities, conducting creative briefings on new products, promotions and discount codes, and ensuring authentic messages
  • Continuously analyzing, evaluating and optimizing our social media activities based on clearly defined KPIs 
Strategic 
  • Development and implementation of a holistic strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement and sales by taking advantage of trends and targeting the target group 
  • Identification, approach and long-term cooperation with suitable influencers who perfectly match the brand
  • Continuous expansion of our network and strengthening of our online presence 
  • Conception, implementation and performance measurement of influencer campaigns (storytelling formats to targeted product placement and data-driven performance campaigns) 
  • Close collaboration with the internal team to develop creative and impactful campaigns
  • Development of customized campaigns and measures that work exactly where our community is active
