: Senior System Administrator - Kubernetes Administration

: Full-time/%80 Remote
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and manage Kubernetes clusters on-prem (SUSE Rancher, VMware)
- Perform zero-downtime upgrades and patches
- Implement Observability: ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki
- Backup/restore and sizing of ETCD / control plane
- Deployments using Helm and Kustomize
- Automate tasks using Bash or Python, optionally Argo Workflows
- Manage Ceph or Longhorn storage
- Implement Kubernetes security & network policies
- Work with firewalls, load balancers and WAF
- Maintain technical documentation in Confluence
Must-Have Requirements
- Strong Kubernetes On-Prem experience
- Experience with SUSE Rancher & VMware
- Logging/Monitoring stacks (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki)
- Linux administration
- Scripting (Bash/Python)
- German at B2 level (mandatory)
Nice-to-Have
- Kubernetes certification (CKA)
- Cilium knowledge
- Deep Kubernetes architectural understanding
