Opis stanowiska:

• Verständnis der Anforderungen des Investors zur Erstellung von Kostenschätzungen, Angeboten und Budgets in dem vom Investor gewünschten Format.
• Abgabe von Angebotsanfragen an Lieferanten, Subunternehmen sowie an alle anderen projektspezifischen Dienstleister, als auch Marktbeobachtung und Verhandlungen mit Anbietern– Angebotsanalyse auf Grundlage von Kompetenzen und Glaubwürdigkeit.
• Analyse der Planungdokumentation, Prüfung aus technologischer, optimierungsbezogener und finanzieller Sicht in Absprache mit den Projektplanern und dem Baustellenleiter/ dem Bauleiter.
• Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen verbunden mit Erneuerbaren Energien und allgemeinen Bauarbeiten.
• Vorbereitung von Ausschreibungsangeboten – basierend auf dem Lastenheft, der Beschreibung des Auftragsgegenstandes, der Projektdokumentation und eigenen Berechnungen, einschließlich einer quantitativen Analyse der einzelnen Leistungsverzeichnisse.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Investor, der Ausführungs- und Planungsabteilung.
• Fortlaufende Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Unternehmensabteilungen.

Wymagania:

• Höhere technische Ausbildung – bevorzugte Fachrichtungen: Elektrotechnik, Energie.
• Kenntnisse der in Deutschland geltenden Bauprozesse und -vorschriften.
• Deutschkenntnisse – Mindestniveau: Fortgeschrittenes Niveau C1.
• Englischkenntnisse – Mindestniveau: Mittelstufe B2.
• Mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position.
• Fähigkeit, Projektdokumentationen zu lesen und zu interpretieren.
• Flexibilität bei der Erfüllung der beruflichen Aufgaben.
• Führerschein Klasse B.
• Reisebereitschaft (vorwiegend innerhalb Deutschlands).
• Ausgezeichnete Arbeitsorganisation, Genauigkeit, Selbstständigkeit, Bereitschaft zur Wissenserweiterung (Auslandsmärkte), Zuverlässigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit sowie Stressresistenz bei der termingerechten Aufgabenerledigung.
• Sehr guteMS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere MS Excel, MS Project) und CAD.
• Kentnisse über Material- und Dienstleistungspreise in der Branche der erneuerbaren Energien.

3. The purpose of processing your personal data is to carry out the recruitment process and to conclude an agreement with the Controller. If you provide separate consent, your personal data will also be processed for the purposes of future recruitment processes.

4. Your personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 221 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labour Code (Dz. U. z 2023 r. poz. 1465 z późn. zm.) and specific provisions (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). In case of your consent the legal basis for processing your personal data will be that consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). However, where the processing of personal data is necessary for the purpose of assertion or protection against potential claims, the processing shall be based on the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Providing your personal data to the Controller is facultative, however it is necessary to participate to the recruitment process. Failure to provide such data will result in the inability to take part in the recruitment procedure.

6. Your personal data provided for the purpose of the recruitment will be processed for the duration of the process, and thereafter until the expiry of the limitation period for potential claims. In case of providing separate consent for the processing of your data for future recruitment processes, your personal data will be processed until the expiry of the limitation period for potential claims or until you withdraw your consent for further data processing.

7. In case of providing separate consent for the processing of your personal data to entities within the ERBUD Capital Group for the purposes of future recruitment processes, ERBUD Capital Group entities will be the recipient of your personal data.

8. Your personal data will not be transferred by the Controller to any third country or any international organization.

9. The Controller will not apply automated decision-making, therein profiling.

10. The applicant for employment has the right to access, rectification and erasure its personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, to object to the processing of its personal data, as well as the right to lodging of a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office and the right to withdraw consent for use its contact data.

Where the processing of your personal data is based on consent, you have the right you have the right to withdraw such consent by any means, at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.
