Für die Division GARDENA bist Du in dieser Funktion Bindeglied zwischen IT und Business, sowie für die Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung unserer B2B-Lösungen verantwortlich.  Unsere Kunden stehen für dich im Focus deines Handelns.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Ansprechpartner für alle Fragen hinsichtlich B2B CRM Tool, Dealer Portal und dem GARDENA B2B Webshop

  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung des GARDENA Webshops und des Dealer Portals

  • Kundenzentrierte Ausgestaltung der Service- und Support-
    Prozesse sowie Harmonisierung und Standardisierung von aktuellen
    Prozessen innerhalb unseres CRM Systems

  • Formulierung von Anforderungen an das interne IT Development
    Team, Aufbereitung der Fragen und testen bereitgestellter
    Änderungen und neuer Releases

  • Erstellung von Anwenderdokumentationen & Beschreibung von
    Geschäftsprozessen sowie deren regelmäßige Überarbeitung

  • Mitarbeit in Projekten und bei Ad-hoc Analysen, sowie cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen

  • Projektunterstützung in der Transformation zu SAP S/4

  • Support beim Aufbau, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von
    Reporting, relevanten KPls und Systemlösungen

  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von neuen Business Modellen/ Kundenanforderungen mit den jeweiligen Schnittstellen

  • Implementierung und Pflege unseres CRM-Systems zur Optimierung der Kundenbindung und der Vertriebsprozesse

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, E-Commerce oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung

  • Erfahrungen im SAP, SAP S4/HANA und idealerweise mit der
    SAP Sales Cloud & Commerce Cloud

  • Berufliche Erfahrungen aus der Kundenbetreuung im B2B Umfeld

  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

  • Fließende Deutsch- und grundlegende Englisch-Kenntnisse

  • Vertriebsaffinität und die Bereitschaft sich in neue Bereiche und Prozesse einzuarbeiten

  • Teamplayer mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsfähigkeit und der Bereitschaft, sich aktiv in Prozesse einzubringen

  • Analytisches Denken und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise

  • Technisches Verständnis und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Teams und Entwicklern

  • Erfahrungen in der Gestaltung von Geschäftsprozessen
