Vice President Professional Services

Global Responsibility
We are looking for an accomplished leader to head our international Professional Services organization - a 100+ strong consultancy team delivering high-impact warehouse intelligence and automation design, services and software across multiple global markets. The majority of current team is based out of Germany, but the leader will be tasked to build a scalable and global services organization.

As VP Professional Services, you will own the commercial, operational, and strategic performance of a rapidly growing services business. You will drive profitable growth, elevate delivery excellence, and strengthen long-term client partnerships across industries and geographies.

What You'll Lead

• A global consultancy team of 100+ experts delivering complex automation and digital logistics projects.
• Strategic initiatives that expand market reach, create new services, and strengthen our position as a leader in intelligent warehouse solutions.
• Core business metrics - utilisation, profitability per employee, revenue per consultant, delivery performance and client ROI.
• A culture of innovation, knowledge sharing, and operational discipline across our Professional Services organisation.
• Executive-level alignment with C-suite leaders to shape services strategy and deliver seamless end-to-end value to customers.

What You Bring

• Proven success leading and scaling international consultancy businesses of similar size and complexity.
• Deep knowledge of services economics - utilisation, delivery governance, resourcing, commercial performance and global PMO maturity.
• Strong operational leadership and the ability to develop high-performing teams in multicultural, fast-paced environments.
• A balance of strategic vision and execution excellence - able to architect scalable delivery models and ensure consistent quality across markets.
• Fluency in English; German proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Based in Germany (ideally with proximity to Stuttgart) and with international travel.
