Zur Rolle / Aufgaben

In dieser Rolle bist du maßgeblich an der Weiterentwicklung einer innovativen Personalmanagement-Software beteiligt. Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Entwicklung, Wartung und Optimierung bestehender Module
  • Implementierung neuer Features im Bereich KI-gestützter Prozessautomatisierung
  • Beitrag zur Verbesserung von Software-Design, Performance und Skalierbarkeit
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Entwicklerteam, Teilnahme an Code Reviews und Architekturentscheidungen
  • Unterstützung beim Abbau technischer Schulden und Weiterentwicklung der Systemarchitektur
  • Dabei arbeitest du in einem Umfeld, das auf saubere Architektur, durchdachte Design Patterns und langfristige Codequalität Wert legt

Dein Profil

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in TypeScript und
  • Erfahrung mit Frameworks wie Fastify, Express oder
  • Sicherer Umgang mit REST und RPC APIs
  • Gutes Verständnis von Software-Design und Architekturprinzipien
  • Kenntnisse in SQL und relationalen Datenbanken
  • Erfahrung mit GIT sowie einem sauberen Deployment-Prozess
  • Optional: Erfahrung mit Cloud-Providern (AWS, GCP oder Azure)
  • Leidenschaft für sauberen Code, strukturiertes Arbeiten und innovative Technologien
  • Mid- bis Senior-Level. Entscheidend sind praktische Erfahrung und technische Neugier
