Zuständigkeiten/Verantwortungsbereich:

  • Verantwortung für Projekte in Westdeutschland mit Budgets im mittleren bis hohen sechsstelligen Bereich

  • Gesamtverantwortung für den Projektlebenszyklus von der Abwicklung bis zur Fertigstellung von Projekten; optional auch Projektierung und Angebotserstellung

  • Führung und Koordination interdisziplinärer Projektteams

  • Steuerung von Nachunternehmern und Lieferanten unter Einhaltung von Qualität, Kosten und Terminen

  • Erstellung, Pflege und Überwachung von Terminplänen in MS Project

  • Hauptansprechpartner für Kunden und Sicherstellung einer klaren, professionellen Kommunikation

  • Überwachung von Projektrisiken, Einleitung von Gegenmaßnahmen und regelmäßiges Reporting an das Management

  • Sicherstellung der vollständigen Projektdokumentation, Berichte und Übergabeunterlage

Zweck der Arbeit:

  • Der Projektleiter West-Deutschland ist verantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Planung, Steuerung und Abwicklung von Projekten im westdeutschen Raum im Umfang von fünf- bis siebenstelligen Euro-Beträgen. Er sorgt dafür, dass Projekte termin-, qualitäts- und budgetgerecht umgesetzt werden, koordiniert interne und externe Beteiligte und stellt die Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, interdisziplinären Teams und Lieferanten dar. Optional übernimmt er auch die Angebotserstellung und Projektierung.

Mindestanforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder staatlich geprüfter Techniker (z.B. Maschinenbau, Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Klimatechnik (HLK), Mechatronik )

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in der Projektleitung im industriellen Umfeld

  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von Projekten im fünf- bis siebenstelligen Euro-Bereich

  • Kenntnisse in der Angebotserstellung und Projektierung

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Project zur Erstellung und Pflege von Terminplänen

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Erfahrung in der Führung interdisziplinärer Teams sowie in der Steuerung von Nachunternehmern und Lieferanten

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeit

  • Reisebereitschaft im westdeutschen Raum
