Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten

• Als Mitarbeiter*in im Customer Service übernehmen Sie die komplette kaufmännische Auftragsabwicklung von der Auftragspflege über die Prüfung und Verarbeitung der Sachverständigenleistungen bis hin zur Rechnungsstellung.
• Sie sind verantwortlich für das kontinuierliche Controlling und die Pflege der Ihnen zugewiesenen Aufträge sowie Projekte (Fakturapotenzial und Werthaltigkeit).
• Darüber hinaus erstellen Sie Zahlungsanforderungen, unterstützen das Forderungsmanagement bedarfsweise bei der Klärung und dem Nachfassen von Forderungen und bearbeiten Rechnungsreklamationen (Annahme, Systempflege, Lösungsfindung).
• Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Reisekostenbearbeitung der technischen Mitarbeitenden, die Anlage und Pflege von Prüfobjekten sowie bedarfsweises Erstellen von Berichten nach Vorlage.
• Weitere anfallende administrative Aufgaben runden Ihre Tätigkeit ab (z.B. digitale Ablage der Dokumente, Bedienung und Pflege von Kundenportalen).

Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in der kaufmännischen Auftragsbearbeitung gepaart mit Interesse und gutem Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge
• Hohe Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
• Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
• Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit
• Gute PC-Kenntnisse (MS Office, SAP/HANA wünschenswert) und grundlegende Englischkenntnisse
