Job Description

Als Technical Consultant liegt dein Fokus auf der technischen Umsetzung unserer Lösungen im Bereich Physical Identity and Access Management (PIAM). Du kümmerst dich um die Konfiguration, Integration und das Testing individueller Kundenlösungen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit dem Solution Consultant und dem Kunden zusammen, um Anforderungen zu verifizieren, User Stories zu definieren, die Lösung zu spezifizieren – und diese dann selbstständig umzusetzen. Danach schulst und begleitest du den Kunden beim Umstieg auf die ID-ware Lösung.

Du bist in der Pre-Sales-Phase, bei der Projektumsetzung und im Support gleichzeitig in 2–4 Kundenprojekten involviert. Deine Aufgaben im Überblick:

Pre-Sales

  • Unterstützung von Sales & Account Management bei der Gewinnung von Neukunden durch Präsentationen und Demos unserer Lösung und Produktfeatures.

Projektumsetzung

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektmanager – inkl. Input für die Projektplanung, insbesondere in den Phasen Anforderung, Spezifikation, Integration, Test & Rollout.
  • Unterstützung des Solution Consultant bei der Erstellung technischer Spezifikationen & Testpläne durch tiefgehende Produktkenntnis.
  • Aktive Lösung technischer Konfigurations- und Integrationsfragen – damit nichts im Weg steht und alles im Zeitplan bleibt.
  • Technische Konfiguration, Integration & Tests der Lösung – immer mit dem Ziel, die Erwartungen des Kunden zu erfüllen. Dabei gibst du praxisnahe Beratung, technischen Support und begleitest den Kunden hands-on durch die Umsetzung – von der Einrichtung bis hin zu Produktfunktionen und Spezialfällen.

Support & Go-Live

  • Nach dem Go-Live bringst du dein Wissen ein, damit unsere Support-Teams schnell übernehmen und der Kunde reibungslos weiterarbeiten kann.
Ihr Profil
  • Technisches Verständnis: Du hast Erfahrung in der praktischen Produktkonfiguration und kannst technische Spezifikationen erstellen.
  • Analytisches Denken: Du erkennst Zusammenhänge, findest Lösungen und unterstützt bei technischen Entscheidungen.
  • Kommunikation: Du kannst komplexe technische Inhalte verständlich erklären – sowohl für Entwickler als auch für nicht-technische Ansprechpartner. Und du traust dir zu, Kunden in der Anwendung zu schulen.
  • Eigeninitiative: Du bist ein Macher – du lernst schnell, übernimmst Verantwortung und denkst mit.
  • Organisationstalent: Du bleibst auch bei mehreren Projekten gleichzeitig fokussiert und priorisierst deine Aufgaben selbstständig.
