We are the world market leader for reusable packaging containers (RPCs) for fresh food and are constantly optimizing our products.

We help make the food supply cycle for the population more sustainable. With our RPCs, safety for food transport is improved, there is less waste of food and at the same time the lifespan of the products increases. Key responsibilities:
  • Recollection Strategy & Forecasting - Develop global strategies for efficient asset retrieval, anticipate volumes based on retailer trends, grower needs, and seasonal fluctuations.
  • Reverse Logistics & Rebalancing - Optimize transportation flows for recollection, ensuring timely and cost-effective operations, and coordinate redistribution to balance regional supply and demand.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration - Build strong relationships with retailers and customers, while aligning closely with operations, transportation, sales, and planning teams.
  • Performance & Continuous Improvement - Track KPIs such as recollection rates, turnaround times, and asset utilization; identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
  • Technology & Risk Management - Leverage advanced supply chain tools, IoT tracking, and analytics to enhance planning and execution; proactively mitigate disruptions and develop contingency plans for peak seasons or unforeseen challenges.
We expect:
  • Educational Background - Master's degree (MSc) in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or Statistics.
  • Professional Experience - Several years in Supply Chain (Demand, Supply, Inventory Planning) including S&OP design, implementation, and execution; with a few years hands-on in Demand/Recollections Planning.
  • Supply Chain & Recollections Expertise - Proven experience in developing and managing recollection plans across multiple regions/markets, ideally in a global context.
  • Reverse Logistics & Asset Management - Solid understanding of asset retrieval, redistribution, inventory management, and utilization.
  • Leadership & Collaboration - Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams internationally; resilient, energetic, and communicative.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills - Structured, data-driven, with creative thinking to solve complex supply chain challenges.
  • Language Skills - Fluent in English, any additional language is welcome and considered a plus.
