Für unsere Lösungen suchen wir einen Product Manager (m/w/d), der nah am Markt denkt, Chancen erkennt und wirtschaftliche Ziele nicht aus dem Blick verliert. Wer gerne Verantwortung übernimmt und aus Anforderungen echte Mehrwerte macht, ist hier genau richtig.- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den Markterfolg unserer Lösungen, von neuen Produkten bis zur Weiterentwicklung bestehender.
- Bestehende Lösungen denkst du weiter und startest neue Ideen, wenn der Markt danach ruft.
- Du unterstützt bei Positionierung und Go-to-Market-Aktivitäten.
- Wirtschaftliche Ziele wie Nutzung, Wachstum und Mehrwert behältst du konsequent im Blick.
- Du arbeitest eng mit Vertrieb, Marketing, Entwicklung und anderen Schnittstellen zusammen, bringst technisches Verständnis mit und fungierst als Übersetzer zwischen den Stakeholdern.
Dein Profil
- Du hast Erfahrung im Produkt- oder Lösungsmanagement und kennst die Herausforderungen in einem digitalen oder marktnahen Umfeld.
- Du spürst, was der Markt und die Kunden wirklich brauchen und bringst wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge sicher in deine Entscheidungen ein.
- Verantwortung zu übernehmen, Dinge voranzubringen und Ergebnisse sichtbar zu machen, liegt dir im Blut.
- Du bist kommunikativ stark (deutsch und englisch) und arbeitest gern eng mit Kolleg:innen aus Vertrieb, Entwicklung und anderen Schnittstellen zusammen – auf Augenhöhe und lösungsorientiert.
- Du gehst strukturiert an Aufgaben heran, erkennst Prioritäten schnell und setzt sie konsequent um.
- Du hast ein technisches Verständnis, z. B. als Product Manager, in der Softwareentwicklung oder in der Arbeit mit komplexen digitalen Lösungen.
Du könntest im Rahmen eines Elevator Pitches überzeugen, dass AI-First für dich gelebte Praxis ist – mit einem klaren Verständnis dafür, wo KI unterstützt und wo menschliches Urteilsvermögen entscheidend bleibt und deine Zuhörer begeistern es dir hierbei gleich zu tun.
