Your profile

You hold an EASA Part-66 licence B1 or B2
You have a certification in aircraft maintenance or a related field
You have experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a Part-145 approved organisation
You are familiar with different systems (AMOS, MS Office Suite)
You are a strong leader with a focus on maintenance performance, teamwork and motivation
You bring commitment to a safe working environment with a proactive approach to identifying and eliminating potential hazards
Clear, efficient communication and high coordination skills
A clean police clearance certificate to pass the ZÜP according to §7 LuftSiG

Your mission

You are responsible for the maintenance processes in your dock and lead, develop and manage the team
You are the main point of contact for the team in the dock
You ensure that all maintenance procedures meet the standards
You coordinate the availability and use of tools and equipment in the dock
You work closely with the project manager and maintenance manager to ensure timely execution
You ensure consistent compliance with safety standards
