Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie begleiten R&D-Projekte durch alle Phasen der Design Control

  • Sie verantworten das Risikomanagement und die Usability-Prozesse während der Produktentwicklung

  • Sie unterstützen bei der Zulassung und der Vorbereitung klinischer Studien

  • Sie wirken bei internen und externen Audits mit und stellen die regulatorische Compliance sicher

  • Sie treiben die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der R&D-Qualitätsprozesse voran

Stellenanforderungen Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im naturwissenschaftlichen oder technischen Bereich (Bachelor erforderlich, Master wünschenswert)

  • Mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung von Medizinprodukten, davon relevante Erfahrung im Bereich Quality

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung regulatorischer Anforderungen (MDR, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, 21CFR820 etc.)

  • Idealerweise Zertifizierungen wie ASQ Certified Quality Manager, Quality Engineer oder Auditor

  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Leadership-Kompetenz

  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und QMS-Software
