IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
  • Creative Leadership & Team Management: You lead and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence by providing strategic and content-driven guidance across projects.
  • Strategic Campaign Development: You drive the development of creative concepts and campaign strategies from ideation to execution. You ensure alignment with client goals, brand identity, and market trends.
  • Creative Process Ownership: You oversee and optimize creative workflows, ensuring high-quality output across motion, digital, and event formats. You'll be the driving force behind the idea, rather than involved in hands-on design execution.
  • Pitch Leadership: You take the strategic lead in pitch processes, from initial concept to final presentation. You collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to deliver compelling, insight-driven proposals.
  • Client Relations & Direction: You act as the creative point of contact for both existing and new clients. You build trust through clear communication, strategic thinking, and visionary leadership.
  • Idea & Innovation Champion: You promote a strong creative mindset within the team and encourage proactive ideation and push boundaries to elevate our creative output.


TO SUCCEED YOU NEED
  • You bring more than 5 years of professional experience in creative agencies or similar environments.
  • You have proven leadership experience and the knowledge on how to develop, inspireand manage creative talents, teams and processes.
  • Your strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills enable you to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • You bring a deep understanding of design principles with a focus on copywriting and campaign development.
  • Communicating and presenting in English are second nature to you. 
  • You are passionate about gaming, esports and digital entertainment and can connect brands to these audiences authentically.
  • You are a true teamplayer with experience in cross-functional collaboration and in jointly developing lean processes.

The company was founded in 2016 by Alexander Albrecht and Tobias Heim. Our team operates from an office in the heart of Cologne's Ehrenfeld district. We have been part of the Sportfive family since 2021.
