Aufgaben
- Eigenverantwortliche Prozessplanung und Durchführung von schlüsselfertigen Rechenzentren
- Gesamtverantwortliche Leitung von komplexen Projekten und Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung hinsichtlich Kosten, Terminen sowie Qualität
- Führung der Projektteams
- Steuerung unserer Planungs- und Produktionsprozesse
- Betreuung und Ansprechperson unserer Auftraggeber
Qualifikationen
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung oder in vergleichbaren Studiengängen sowie langjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung
- Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von Großprojekten im Segment Rechenzentren
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Strukturieren von Prozessen sowie eine agile Arbeitsweise
- Leidenschaft für die Umsetzung von komplexen Rechenzentren
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Selbständige und systematische Arbeitsweise sowie Verhandlungsgeschick und Teamgeist
