As a key member of our team, you will guide clients through the complexities of Helix implementations, ensuring they derive maximum benefit from their investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to identify and analyze their business requirements and technical specifications.
- Architect and configure BMC Helix solutions that align with client objectives and workflows.
- Lead the implementation process, ensuring that best practices are followed throughout.
- Provide technical expertise and support during system testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution specifications, and user guides.
- Stay current on BMC Helix updates and industry trends to continually improve solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams to enable effective use of Helix solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting or solution architect role focused on BMC Helix.
- Extensive knowledge of the Helix platform, including its architecture and various functionalities.
- Proficiency in designing client-centric solutions through a deep understanding of business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and teams.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
- BMC Helix certifications are highly desirable.
