Joining us, you will
- Design, build, and maintain infrastructure on AWS using ECS, Fargate, Kafka, RDS, Redis, and EC2
- Leverage Terraform and Terragrunt to provision and manage cloud infrastructure
- Own and improve CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
- Foster a DevOps mindset across the engineering team, focusing on developer experience
- Monitor and ensure reliability using DataDog, and proactively improve system observability
- Collaborate closely with engineers to design secure, resilient solutions that meet their needs
- Maintain a strong focus on security best practices in all infrastructure and operational work
What You'll Bring
- 3-5 years of professional experience with AWS infrastructure
- Proven working experience as a Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar
- Hands-on expertise in AWS, Terraform, and GitHub Actions
- Strong programming skills in at least one language (e.g., Python, Go or TypeScript)
- Security-conscious and able to design with security in mind
- Customer-obsessed mindset - treating engineers as your primary customers
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a focus on enabling and empowering teams
