Tasks
  • Lead and coordinate testing efforts across various projects, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and adherence to timelines.
  • Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure product quality and performance standards are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to identify testing requirements and resolve issues.
  • Mentor and guide junior testers, providing training and support to enhance their skills and knowledge in software testing methodologies.
  • Analyze test results and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and defect prevention strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in test planning, test case creation, and defect management.
  • Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and mentor a diverse team of testers.
