Für unseren Kunden, eine etablierte und wachstumsorientierte Beratungs-Boutique, suchen wir ab sofort einen
Director Capital Markets (m/w/d)
zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Geschäftsbereichs sowie zur Leitung komplexer Transformationsprogramme bei Banken und Finanzdienstleistern.

Ihre Aufgabe:

  • Konzeptionelle und fachliche Beratung zu den Themen Capital Markets, Trading, Treasury, Regulatory & Compliance sowie weiteren relevanten Kapitalmarktfragestellungen
  • Steuerung und Gesamtverantwortung anspruchsvoller Projekte, u. a. in den Bereichen Blockchain, Digital Assets, Sustainable Finance oder ESG
  • Aufbau, Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Berater- und Projektteams
  • Verantwortung für Business-Development-Aktivitäten: Identifikation neuer Marktchancen, Akquisition von Beratungsmandaten sowie Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
  • Weiterentwicklung des Service-Portfolios und aktive Mitgestaltung der strategischen Ausrichtung des Beratungsbereichs
  • Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Fachkonferenzen, Branchenveranstaltungen und in Expertenkreisen

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (z. B. Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finanzen, MINT) mit sehr guten akademischen Leistungen
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in der Beratung oder Finanzindustrie – idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt in mindestens einem der Bereiche Capital Markets, Trading, Treasury oder Regulatory
  • Stark ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, hohe Kommunikationskompetenz sowie überzeugendes Auftreten auf C-Level
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Leitung von Teams sowie in der Steuerung komplexer Transformationsprojekte
  • Unternehmerisches Mindset, Gestaltungswille und Netzwerkstärke
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
