Was solltest du mitbringen:

  • Laufendes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Recht, Finanzen oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang; ein Quereinstieg ist bei großem Interesse an diesen Themen ebenfalls möglich
  • Interesse an Compliance-, KYC- oder Due Diligence Themen
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insb. Excel)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Umfang der Tätigkeit 15-20 Stunden

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du hilfst mit bei der Überwachung von Geschäftsaktivitäten auf ungewöhnliche/verdächtige Muster,
  • du aktualisierst Kunden, Informationen und Dokumente gemäß Geldwäschegesetz, und stellst sicher, dass alle Kundendaten (Eigentümerstruktur, Wirtschaftlich Berechtigte, zeichnungsberechtigte Personen) aktuell und vollständig sind,
  • du stellst sicher, dass alle Überwachungsergebnisse, Aktualisierungen und getroffene Entscheidungen dokumentiert und abgelegt sind,
  • du erstellst Berichte über festgestellte Risiken und Kundenbewertungen für Vorgesetzte und Compliance-Stellen,
  • du unterstützt das Team bei der Erstellung von Listen, Reportings etc.
