As a Working Student you will be supporting the Accounting & Financial Management Team (Revenues & Expenses) with tasks in payables, receivables, billing, financial close, and global process improvement initiatives.

This role is based in our Frankfurt office.

What You Will Do

Support team objectives by focusing on validation and control measures for payables, receivables, and treasury operations, in close collaboration with the Global Accounting Policies & Controls team
Execute and manage client billing operations to ensure accurate and timely invoice issuance
Drive simplification and automation initiatives while harmonizing and standardizing global processes
Contribute to the Global IT Transformation by actively engaging in system and process improvements
Assist with monthly and annual financial close activities, including audit preparation and financial reporting.

What You Bring

Currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in at least the third year of a Bachelor's degree or pursuing a Master's degree
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage
Solid foundation in accounting principles and practices
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Proactive, hands-on approach with a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take on tasks of any size
Meticulous attention to detail, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
Eagerness to learn and continuously develop skills
Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
Familiarity with SAP is desirable
Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices
Strong IT skills and ability to work with digital tools preferred .
