Job Description

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Account Director to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the retail landscape and a proven track record of managing and growing key accounts. As a Enterprise Account Director, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and preparing sales reports.
Main missions:
- Developing and executing account strategies to achieve business goals
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Identifying new business opportunities and upselling additional services.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitoring account performance and providing regular reports.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.
- Ensuring client needs are met and addressing any issues promptly.
- Staying updated on industry trends and market conditions.
Qualifications
Qualifications we're looking for.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally in SaaS, retail tech, IoT, or a B2B technology environment.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and closing multi-million euro/dollar deals.
- Deep understanding of enterprise buying processes and long sales cycles.
- Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French is a strong plus).
- Passionate about retail innovation and digital transformation.
