As a video producer & editor, you will be the driving force behind our social media presence. You will create and process original content (images and videos), bringing our product to life through creative and viral ideas, primarily on YouTube, with short content for Instagram, X, or TikTok as a secondary focus. Your goal: achieve organic growth and build a loyal community – inspired by content kings like MrBeast, but with our unique style. Depending on your talent, you give your all to make our content and videos unique and perfect. Whether as a producer, editor, motion designer or all-rounder.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and create compelling video content that aligns with our brand and audience.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop storyboards, scripts, and visual concepts.
  • Record, film, and manage video shoots, ensuring high-quality visuals and sound.
  • Operate and maintain video and audio equipment
  • Edit raw footage into polished videos, including cutting, color correction, and sound design.
  • Add graphics, effects, transitions, and animations to enhance video quality.
  • Optimize videos for different platforms and formats (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Create engaging motion graphics and animations to enhance storytelling.
  • Design intros, outros, and other branded elements for videos.

Your ProfileMust-haves

  • Proven experience in content processing or creation (e.g., YouTube or social media channels)
  • Creative mind with a sense for viral trends and storytelling
  • Proficiency in video and image editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Photoshop, etc.) AND/OR in filming and producing content, including operating cameras, managing lighting, and coordinating video shoots.
  • Initiative, self-organization, and a startup mindset
  • Willingness to relocate to Jena, Germany, after an initial onboarding period and work on-site

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with organic growth through YouTube and social media platforms
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content strategies
  • Enthusiasm for AI and innovative technologies
