Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Tour Guide based in Würzburg. The Tour Guide will be responsible for conducting guided tours, answering questions from guests, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves sharing historical and cultural knowledge, ensuring a memorable experience for visitors, and promoting additional tour services or activities offered by the company.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of History and local cultural landmarks
- Experience in Sales and promoting services is a plus
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Punctuality, reliability, and professional presentation
- Good physical stamina to handle outdoor or long walking tours
